"Stölzle creates great products that I believe have helped our company and the restaurants I have been involved in not only maximize profit, but also give a great quality product to my guests. I can remember for years watching our waiters take the glasses, polish them and wonder how many glasses would break that evening. We were in the separate stem, separate bowl situation for so many years. Stölzle came around and gave us glasses that I watch with absolute joy as my servers polish--and I don't lose three, four, five glasses every single server shift.
