Stölzle-USA offers FedEx Standard Delivery shipping from our South Carolina warehouse to anywhere in the United States. Most standard shipments are scheduled to arrive within 5 - 7 business days except to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Transit times for standard ground services do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Transit times for home delivery, do not include Sundays, Mondays, or holidays. Any orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed the next business day. Any orders placed after 2 pm EST on a Friday will be processed the following business day. When you place an order on Stolzle-USA.com, the shipping charges will be added to the final cost of your order upon checkout. Shipping is calculated as follows:

Returns
At Stölzle we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the order within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund. Please follow these steps:
  • Call or email us for a return number or authorization within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please send your emails to:

  • Pack items securely in the original box or shipping carton and send to:

  • Please return merchandise in new condition and with your PACKING SLIP. Please write the return authorization number on the box.
  • This policy only applies to items purchased on Stölzle-USA.com Web site and not through 3rd party Web sites or retail stores.
    Call tags will only be provided for:
    1. Defective products
    2. Incorrect shipments
    Customer will be responsible for return freight except when:
    1. Products are defective
    2. Incorrect shipments are caused by Stölzle
  • Refunds are processed within four weeks after merchandise is received; however, in most cases it will take less then four weeks. All refunds will be processed back to the credit card used for the transaction.
